SUMMARY:Cooking w/Sequoria
DESCRIPTION:This will be a 4 session cooking demonstration using plant-based foods\, introducing eight biblical health principles that are essential to holistic wellness.  Each session will include the preparation and sampling of a few plant-based dishes.  Sessions will be from 12-2:30\, September 16\, 23\, 30 and Oct 7.  Cost is $50\, scholarships are available.  To sign up\, please go to the information counter in the lower lobby… class size is limited.
