The main parking lot is in the back of the church (south side). The south entrance (double glass doors) brings you into the building at the point nearest the elevators.  Our lower level greeters will be able to direct you to bathrooms, the educational wing, staff offices and the sanctuary.

Yes! Christ Congregational Church is an Open and Affirming congregation of the United Church of Christ. Our congregation has been Open and Affirming since 2009 and we strive to welcome all people with an extravagant welcome of grace and acceptance; just as God made you.

Come as you are, in what makes you feel most comfortable for worship. People come to church in a wide range of clothes at Christ Congregational Church; and, no matter what you’re wearing, we’re glad to have you worshiping with us.

YES! PLEASE DO!!

Babies are always welcome in worship. We provide nursery care during all worship services for children babies and small children up to five years old. If you’d rather your child worship with you in the sanctuary your baby is also always welcome with you in church for the entirety of the service. There is a “little nursery” adjacent to the sanctuary with large windows for you to see what’s happening in the sanctuary, .and that room is also connected to our sound system so you will still be able to hear as well; but sound from within that room does not reach the sanctuary. We welcome ALL joyful noises during our worship; but we also realize some parents would prefer to remove themselves with their children during “fussy” or “energetic” moments. Please feel free to utilize the little nursery at your own convenience!

For school age children please feel free to engage with all of the activities available in our sanctuary’s “pray ground” located toward the front, and to the right as you face the front of the sanctuary. We have coloring pages, Legos, and other sensory experiences waiting for school age children every Sunday.

School age children begin in the sanctuary as we start worship and are excused to their Sunday school classes following the time for all ages with Ms. Dani; except for the first Sunday of each month when we celebrate intergenerational worship services with God’s children of all ages in the sanctuary for the entire service. Children may join our Sunday school classes at any point during the year, as often as they are here. Please let the lower level greeters know upon your arrival that you are new, and they will help you from there.

Yes! We celebrate communion the first Sunday of every month and all are welcome to participate. Just follow the instructions in the order of worship (sometimes we come forward, sometimes we receive in our pews).

Yes! We stream our worship every Sunday; and services are archived on our YouTube channel. To access our live stream navigate to the “Live Events” tab on our homepage and then click “Live Stream” which will take you directly to our YouTube channel.
