About Us

God is still speakingLocated In Brockton, Massachusetts, our congregation is a diverse group with a variety of religious backgrounds and traditions.  Some families grew up within this church, others join us from other UCC or Congregational churches, while others come to us from very different faith traditions or with no prior church home.  We all come together to worship God, to follow Jesus, and to listen for the still speaking God.

UCC SymbolWe are a member congregation of the United Church of Christ (UCC). Each congregation of the UCC is self-governing and determines its own programs and priorities.  The motto of the United Church of Christ is “That they all might be one”, Jesus’ prayer for unity among His followers. Visit the United Church of Christ’s website (www.ucc.org) for more information about the mission and the message of the UCC.

The Massachusetts Conference is a gathering of 430 churches with 100,000 members, making us the largest Protestant denomination in Massachusetts. Our roots go back to the Puritans and Pilgrims who founded this country, making us the Commonwealth’s oldest denomination. Visit the MACUCC Website: www.macucc.org.
